SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If you need to make a change to your order or address, it can only be done if order has not been fulfilled. Once an order ships, unfortunately, we cannot modify the order.
Items ship via UPS or USPS and usually arrive within 3-7 business days. In most cases, expedited shipping options may be selected at an additional cost.

How much will shipping cost?
The best way to know is by adding your items to the cart and proceeding to checkout. After you've entered the shipping destination and before payment, your shipping cost will be calculated. Average shipping cost is approximately $6-10 for 2-3 day domestic shipping. For international shipping costs, please add items and destination to calculate the shipping cost (based on weight + destination).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at www.ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at www.usps.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for shipment. For lost/ stolen packages please track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #.Then you must call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for further information.USPS will look into it and help you locate it as soon as possible. Use code INSTOREPICKUP at checkout to deduct shipping from total cost.
Or leave us a note in the NOTE section at checkout with: INSTOREPICKUP and pick up your order the following day at our store! Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm, so if you need your order for the weekend, please call and let us know. In store pick ups are ready within 24 hours of order being placed. If you need your items rush, please call store first to
let us know you are on your way, so we can have it ready.
